Welcome
Welcome to The Stannington Players Website

Coronavirus Outbreak - Updated August 2020
Stannington Players have been closely monitoring government guidelines around large groups meeting indoors. We have also been in close contact with the Lomas Hall committee. Unfortunately after much consideration we have taken the decision not to proceed with our pantomime this year. This was not an easy decision to make. The safety of our members and audiences are our main priority, and unfortunately at this time, there are too many restrictions still in place for us to perform safely. It is our intention to perform Allo Allo in April. We thank you all for your understanding at this time and look forward to seeing you all in April.

We apologise for this disruption, which as you can understand is somewhat out of our hands!

The Stannington Players  is a Amateur Dramatic society formed over 60 years ago to perform plays for the local community and the wider area of Sheffield, South Yorkshire UK.
The productions are performed at
The Lomas Hall in the district of Stannington three times a year.
Two plays and a Pantomime in December.
Rehearsals and meetings suspended for now but normally take place ever Monday (except Bank holidays) at The Lomas Hall from
approximately 7:30 pm.
If you are interested in taking part or help backstage and become a member, please visit us on a Monday evening to have a look around and have a chat.
